Refund policy

You were thrilled when you made your purchase, we want you to be just as thrilled when you receive it. If you are anything otherwise, we have a few options for you to pick from so that we can make it right!


Exchanges

We welcome exchanges within 30 days from receiving your purchase. We will email you a pre-paid shipping return label unless you are local, in which case we will coordinate with you to facilitate a time for the exchange. We will cover costs for shipping non-local orders back out to complete the exchange. 

Returns

Option 1 - Return your item for a full refund, less original shipping fees within 15 days from receiving your purchase. We will email you a pre-paid shipping return label unless you are local, in which case we will coordinate with you to facilitate a time for the return.

Option 2 - Return your item for store credit, less original shipping fees within 30 days from receiving your purchase. We will email you a pre-paid shipping return label unless you are local, in which case we will coordinate with you to facilitate a time for the return.

Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

To be considered for exchange/return eligibility:

  • Log in to your customer account here. Once logged in, you can view your orders and request returns. Once a return request has been submitted, you will receive a Return Request Confirmation Email and once your request has been reviewed for eligibility, you will receive either an Approved Return Email or Declined Return Email with further instructions/information.  
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and with tags still intact.* 
  • If a pre-paid shipping return label is emailed to you, the item you are sending back must be on it's way within the 15 day or 30 day time frame as mentioned above. We will not process exchanges or returns for items that are not on their way back to us within the 15 day or 30 day time frames. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to items marked as final sale, items marked as seasonal, gift cards, special buys, and items ending in $.99. If you have a question about your item, please contact us directly via email at hello@shopembolden.com. 

*Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
