Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days with the exception of special orders and will be shipped/delivered based on the method selected by the customer at checkout.
Free Local Delivery – is offered for verified Google addresses that fall within an 8-mile radius of our St. Joseph, Illinois location. The Free Local Delivery option is only available via direct checkout on our website at www.shopembolden.com; it is not currently an option when checking out directly via a Meta platform (Facebook & Instagram) or via TikTok.
Please note that Shop Pay is the only accelerated checkout method that can be used for Free Local Delivery orders. Other accelerated checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal are not currently programmed with our e-commerce platform to qualify as eligible forms of payment for local delivery orders.
There is no order minimum for Free Local Delivery and most local deliveries are fulfilled and delivered within 2-3 business days unless otherwise communicated.

The shipping cost for all other orders is calculated based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, the total weight of the package and the distance the package is shipping. We ship domestically via USPS and UPS. All available shipping methods and their associated rates will be viewable to customers at checkout. For USPS this can include: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. For UPS this can include: Ground, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early.
